INGREDIENTS
- One whole turkey
- 1 bag ice
- REC TEC Grills Durty Gurl Bloody Mary Rub
- 64oz chicken broth
- 1 knob of butter ( approx 2 tbsp)
- 1 bundle thyme
- 1 bundle rosemary
- 1 tbsp Sriracha
- 1 tbsp REC TEC Grills Casanova’s Competition Rub
- 2 tbsp chicken base
- 1 bag ice
INSTRUCTIONS
- Remove neck, giblets, and excess skin from the turkey.
- Spot 1 sack of ice over turkey breasts.
- Blend elements for infusion and bubble at high heat for 15 minutes.
- Carry infusion to room temp in an ice shower.
- Infuse breasts multiple times in various ways.
- Infuse legs and thighs once.
- Season outside of turkey with Dirty Gurl Bloody Mary Rub.
- Pre-heat REC TEC to 350ºF.
- Cook until probe gets to the temperature of 165ºF in breast and 170ºF in the thighs.
